This is a very solid car. I would describe it as rust free unrestored. The car is complete with only 46,128 miles on it. Wire wheels and air conditioning.

Current bid US $12,500, no reserve, 28 bids 1 day left in auction. 46k miles, seller asouthern1

Sellers description:
Rust Free Southern 1973 Jaguar XKE 2+2. The car has the V12 engine with automatic transmission, wire wheels, and air conditioning. The car is Regency Red with Biscuit interior. It has its matching numbers engine. I have the Jaguar Heritage Certificate for the car showing it was Manufactured on June 29, 1973 and Dispatched on July 10, 1973.

The car has only 46,128 miles on it. It was a 1 family owned car until recently. The car went into a shop several years ago with a head gasket problem and the head was removed for repairs. The shop never finished the repairs and when the owner finally took his car home the passenger side head was missing. It has sat ever since. As you can see in the pictures the only thing missing is the head. The car still has the smog pump on it. This car will need restored but it will be hard to find another jaguar that is this rust free!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
