Current bid $2,605.55 (Reserve not met), 8 bids, 4 days left in auction. 96k miles.

    Sellers description:
1969 Jaguar E Type, 4.2 Litre, 2+2. This Jaguar is a ground-up, rotisserie restoration in-progress. The vehicle is a complete car with all major parts, and all "numbers matching" parts included together. The car was professionally disassembled, dip-stripped (Redi Strip, of Newark, NJ), and all major welding completed.

New rocker panels, upper and lower rear wings, closed shuts, etc. have been replaced and welded. The front frame assembly has been completely restored new, repainted and fastened to the unibody with the correct bolts. The bottom of the car has been restored new, painted and undercoated. More minor body work is still needed to complete car. The automatic trans. and rearend have been rebuilt to specs.

This car has been stored inside with no rust. All other parts have been orderly shelved in a dehumidified, climate-controlled shop.

Various parts are in boxes and on shelves, and some will need refurbishing (seats, some chrome, etc.). The major welding and work has been done.

This vehicle has a solid, refurbished foundation for a professional restoration.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
