Car has been repainted a british racing green. The original color was maroon.

I purchased the car in 1968 as a used car, after the original owner traded it for a Corvette. The car was repainted about 1986, and the color was not quite Jaguar British Racing Green, but from the Bently line, slightly lighter. The add-on Air Conditioner was removed, and the original fan replaced by a fan in front of the radiator. The visors are not usable. It is still in running order, about 85,000 miles on the odometer. The vacuum assist for the brakes is a little dicey in operation.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
