1974 Jaguar XKE V12 Roadster. An original 64,000 mile car driven less that 15000 in the last 24 years by the second owner. This rust free example has been meticulously cared for in climate controlled storage by the doctor that ownes it. It has had one repaint about 20 years ago and is showing some wear – see photos. The interior is original and needs a little attention to bring it back to its original glory! The glass, carpets, hardtop and wheels are in great condition, soft top is newer! Mechanically its in excellent condition. Everything is working, chrome is starting to show its age

    Vehicle Condition
Excellent original low mileage XKE – Perfect to restore to fine or concourse condition, no rust or accident damage history ever! Some small paint chips & scratches, interior showing some wear and fading, chrome has slight pitting. Numbers matching – Very Nice 1974 Jag & just think . . . 12 CYLINDERS!!!

Car was repainted 13 years ago and the carburetors were rebuilt 6 years ago. Body of the car is very good condition. Mechanics are in good working order - engine is very strong and transmission shifts smoothly. Overall this is a very nice and presentable Jaguar SIII V12 roadster that is ready to be driven. The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
