    www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-E-Type-XKE-Fixed-head-Coupe-FHC-100-FACTORY-METAL-DRY-CA ...
    Current bid $20,100.00
Reserve price not met, 47 bids 9 days left in auction. Previous auction ended at $21,009.13 after 4 bids. Car now said to be in Pleasanton, California.

    Sellers description:
1963 Jaguar E-Type Coupe with 100% factory metal and arrow-straight original subframes; nice body gaps; originally opalescent silver grey/ black color combination repainted burgundy during the 1970's and the paint needs to be redone. Undercarriage reveals all original factory spot welds; no metal replacements ever. Bonnet and trunk floor in solid original condition. Stored and not driven for decades. Engine runs smoothly on all cylinders, all other mechanical systems must be checked prior to driving. The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
