Car was for sale on www.mobile.de in July 2006.

It has been repainted once many, many years ago and the colour is correct, golden sand.

The paint under the bonnet (engine compartments) is all original.

The interior (seats) is a bit dry, all matching numbers. It runs and drives but has a bit weak brakes. The brakes needs to be gone through but I can arrange to have that done in San Jose, California before it leaves. It will be an extra cost for about $500

The car will be cleaned etc. before it leaves.

Some service records. 2 owners and the mileage is correct (11 K original mls).

This Jag is nice and original underneath. All original panels, no patches, just factory sheet metal. The floor is totally solid. The body is excellent overall. If you are looking for a good solid Series 1 XKE coupe, this is your car.

Underneath is exceptionally clean, never having being in an accident, the car's panels are fit perfect like it did when it left the factory.
I have tried to describe the condition of this car as accurately as I can, there is no doubt that this is a fabulous opportunity for the right person and a reluctant sale on my part.
My Payment Terms are: Payment in full within 7 days from date of purchase (close of auction) by bank wire transfer into my bank account. Inspections are by appointment and welcome
If I cannot get what I want for this car, I will keep it and finish the restoration myself!
