Opening bid US $10,000 reserve not met no bids 6 days left in auction. Buy it now price $36,500.
Sellers description:
This is a 1964 Jaguar Series I E-Type roadster rescued from an attempted V8 conversion.
The vehicle had been stripped in preparation for restoration. Comes with everything pictured and then some. It is generally complete but the following major items are noticeably missing:
-flywheel, clutch pressure plate and disk (the motor currently has an automatic transmission),
-Front bumper
-Headlight chrome and one glass cover.
Includes a non original motor and transmission. Motor is from a Jaguar Mark X, 3.8 with triple carburetors. E-Type air box, E-Type 4 speed Manual transmission, misc. chrome, boxes of NOS parts. ( see photos)
Except for the damage to install another drive train, the body appears to be in good condition. Trunk floor and rockers appear to be solid. There appears to be some fiberglass in the footwells themselves.
