Although it had lived in Sandiway nr. Oulton Park, I bought it from
Liverpool/Southport area with blown engine R5841.9. reg.19/02/63.
I fitted 3.8 from my Mk10 & it was a pretty quick car.
It had competition wires fitted & was opalescent green, it was changed to red. I owned it on & off several times.
