Car to be at auction 7/11
www.coys.co.uk/auction.php
Auction description:
Lot 127 - 1972 Jaguar E-Type Series III V12 Fixedhead Coupe
127 - 1972 Jaguar E-Type Series III V12 Fixedhead Coupe
Estimate: £20,000 - £25,000
Registration Number: TBC
Chassis Number: IS551516BW
Rolling off the production line in 1972, this Primrose Yellow V12 is an original matching numbers UK-delivery car and has only covered a mere 56,000 miles from new; it is also fitted with the rare factory air conditioning. It is supplied with a comprehensive history file containing a Heritage Certificate, a remarkable 25 past MoT certificates, substantial amount of bills and receipts for work carried out, as well as a current MoT valid until September and a V5 registration document. Recent work carried out includes a carburettor and attention to the cooling system, with the car described as being excellent condition in all respects.
With early E-Type prices regularly hitting new highs, this is an excellent opportunity to acquire a marvellous example of Jaguar's most advanced E-Type before prices follow that of their earlier brethren.
