For sale at Castle Classic Cars of Wadhurst for £49,995. Seller's description below.
www.castleclassiccars.co.uk/showroom/vehicle/3359/1972-Jaguar-E-Type-Series-3-Co ...

A fine example of a Series 3 Jaguar E Type Coupe with a manual gearbox. This is a matching numbers car that was a right hand drive export to South Africa which was repatriated in 2003. The car sports its original white colour with a red leather interior. The condition is superb with excellent paint and a fresh looking interior. The car starts on the button and drives very well indeed. The body is in super condition with excellent panel fit and there is in fact little to fault with this car.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
