Car listed for sale at:

The Real Car Co Ltd.
Specialist dealers in early Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars.
1971 Jaguar E Type V12 2+2 Coupe.
A very nice example, looking good in British racing green with tan leather interior and chrome wire wheels. The car was sold in 1999 by the E Type Centre in Warwickshire, fully warranted, and has only covered about 2,000 miles since then. In fact since 1986 only about 4,000 miles have been covered, and the current reading of 83,000 could well be genuine. Sale Agreed.
Chassis No. 1S50537. Reg No. ENX 989K. £16,500.

It is a genuine manual, right hand drive car, with power steering. The engine numbers matches the bulk head numbers., so it is an all original car. The number plate is a Coventry number and who knows perhaps comes from the Browns Lane factory. The bodywork is not concourse and needs the usual touching up that you would expect from a car of this age. I would suggest you may want to enjoy running around in it for a couple of years then perhaps consider having it restored.
The car has just passed its MOT and the only comment is that the hand brake is only just within the legal limit. This can be corrected when serviced.
