Description: Originally a rare, factory black paint car, this 1972 Jaguar E-Type Series III 2+2 was distributed new in 1972 to an RAF Captain in England than shipped to New York, then sent to California where the present owner purchased the car shortly after. She drove the car to Anchorage AK, where the car was summer-driven, garaged and faithfully serviced. The car was shipped to the selling dealer in 2025 where light refurbishment was done by a Jaguar V12 engine specialist and Giordano’s Vintage Motors. The car was refinished in an attractive GVM Metallic blue paint year ago. It is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 linked with a four-speed manual transmission. Features include beautiful condition, original black upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, and quadruple Zenith-Stromberg carburetors.
