Sold by Fayreoak Classics of Cheltenham in June 2020. Amended seller's description below.
    www.fayreoak.com/autos/1972-jaguar-e-type-v12-s3-roadster/

Truly stunning 1972 Jaguar E Type V12 auto with only 53,000 miles. Built on 16th October 1972 and delivered to Arizona, USA, the best climate in the world to protect cars. In 2008 it was brought back to the UK by John McCarthy who kept the car for four years. In 2012 it was purchased by Peter Ward who started a 5 year restoration programme. In this period it was converted to Right Hand Drive; the engine, gearbox and torque converter were rebuilt; propshaft was rebuilt; brakes upgraded; new suspension all round; new cooling system including radiator installed; electrics replaced including alternator; new wire wheels and tyres fitted; new interior fitted; all new chrome; new hood.

In 2017 the car was sold to Danyel Hills and in June 2018 it was sold to its last owner. Although exempt from MoT and tax this car has a current MoT. I have had it on my ramp and it is completely solid; since arriving in the UK it has covered less than 3,000 miles. The Series 3 roadster is second only in value to a Series 1 roadster.
