Ebay item 8/31/10
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-E-Type-Series-II-1969-Series-II-Roadster-Great-Dr ...
Opening bid $37,850 reserve not met, no bids yet 6 days left in auction. Car now said to be in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Sellers description:
Beautiful Series II, 1969 Jaguar E-Type Roadster. Sympathetically restored over the last 12 years, this is a fantastic driver. Everything works! Finished in a classic E-Type color scheme, Primrose over Black.

This E-Type has been fully repainted it's original color of Primrose about ten years ago. While repainting this Roadster, the last owner replaced the windshield with a "new old stock" windsheild. All of the chrome was refinished at the time, and doors, hood, trunk, and windows were all taken apart and refinished. The engine, was rebuilt at about 65000 miles, and the odometer now shows, just under 85000 miles.

The Interior is mostly original. The seats are original, and the floors have been replaced. The dash was recovered during the paint process, and this E-Type still has its original top, that is in very good condition. We do not have all of the records for this vehicle, but included are the books, original tools, jack, and radio (a modern one has been fitted).

This is a no excuses E-Type that the last owner has driven and enjoyed over the last 12 years, and has been reliable.
