Ebay item 1/6/07
As part of the Roadster creation, Mr.Chovanetz fabricated two new door skins (See photos.). Note that they are not even cut for door handles. Fifteen pieces of exterior chrome trim have been replated. Thirteen are good to excellent condition. Two have blemishes. The car comes with the soft top frame and after-market hardtop. The hardtop has a crack on the drivers side and the soft top frame requires the sheet metal portion across the front be replaced.
The car has no windshield nor sideglass. It has no windshield trim. The body is good to excellent (depending upon which part of the US you are located). There is no cancer rust anywhere. There is some minor surface rust, which could easily be sanded off by hand.
Being a Jag owner since 1969 (I currently own a 96 Vanden Plas and a '92 XJS V12 Roadster), I purchased the car with the intention of finishing it out, complete with the 260 Ford engine, or more likely a 289. I am in my mid 60's and have decided not to start anymore projects.
The car is located in Central Texas and as far as I could determine, has always been in Texas.

I live near Copenhagen in Denmark. I just bought the car after somebody else took it to Denmark. (He probably bought it on e-bay).
I am planning to restore the car. Right now I am sourcing a matching numbers engine and transmission.
