Car was rebuilt in 1996.
Only 2,500 miles put on since rebuild
Taken off the road in 2002 and stored inside
The engine was rebuilt. New pistons rings valves ect.
Reconditioned heads.
New clutch.
New oil pump, water pump and fuel pump.
Radiator was re-cored.
Re-chromed front and rear bumper.
Striped all paint and new paint job.
New brakes, rotors, and brake lines.
New certified original specification Jaguar interior. (leather and carpets)
New dash board
$12,000 in parts (have receipts)
Frame-off restoration was completed in 1996. The car was stripped to the frame, sandblasted and rebuilt from there up.
The car needed a new dash and for this reason the mileage must be listed as "unknown". Although when I bought the car the mileage at the time was around 72,000. After it was rebuilt I only put on about 2,500 miles. The car is in near perfect condition.
The only mechanically thing wrong with the car is one of the radiator fans does not spin as fast as it should. I had this fan rebuilt but it still operated the same.
Cosmetically there is a paint scratch under the passenger side door. This was touched up but can still be slightly in the last picture.
The interior was redone and is in excellent condition.
The car was always stored inside and has no rust.
