This Original 2+2 Jaguar Coupe Has Been Sitting In A Garage For The Last 19 Years It Was Running When Parked The Last NJ State Inspection Expired July 1991 Some Earlier Long Island NY Repair Orders Dated July 1983 Show 35365 Miles And A July 1985 Insurance Inspection Report States 36394 Miles The Previous Owner's Current NJ Title Of November 1988 States 37252 Miles But A NJ Shop Repair Order Dated 1988 States "Tach & Speedo Not Working"

Odometer Shows 37252 *** So The Actual/True Mileage Is Unknown *** I Believe This To Be A Low Mileage Car Because The Previous Owner Did Not Drive It Often When It Was Registered

The Original Rockers Are Solid But The Floors Need To Be Replaced *** There Is Bondo In The Upper Right Rear Quarter And Around That Side Near The Rear Hatch Area From A Previous Accident *** All Of The Rubber Trim Is Very Dry And Would Need Replacement The Glass Is Good The Chrome And The Wire Wheels Are Straight And Will Polish Up Nicely For A Driver Quality Car The Doors Are Solid With No Rust And Close Nicely The Shut Lines Look Good The Spare Tire Area Is Solid Showing No Signs Of Previous Metal Repair The Roof Of The Car Is Badly Scratched The Bonnet Is Straight And Rust Free With Only Very Little Bondo Around The Mouth Area The Air Intake Ducts Under The Bonnet Have Been Worked On And Tacked Welded In Spots The Lower Valance Being Dented As Usual But It Is Free Of Bondo And Rust The Front Suspension The Frame Rails Including The Bulkhead Are Straight And Correct The Interior Looks Good And Is Complete The Air Conditioner Vents Need Attention And It Does Not Have The Factory Radio Everything Else Appears To Be Present And Correct Including The Original Keys

I Did Not Try To Start This Car But I Might Get It Running Before This Auction Ends If I Find The Time I Have Removed The Plugs To Lubricate The Cylinders And The Engine Turns Freely By Hand This 4.2 Engine Has A Factory Replacement Head I Could Not Find Any Paperwork On This And The Previous Owner Was Not Aware Of It The Transmission Fluid Is Full (As When Found) And Looks Very Clean Paperwork Shows Recent Service The Bonnet Has Been Unbolted By The Previous Owners Son A Long Time Ago To Gain Access To Replace The Belts And Hoses At That Time The Alternator Along With The Tensioner Pully, Etc. Were Also Unbolted I Will Try And Have This Back Together For The New Owner Everything Is There And Properly Marked/Bagged I Removed The Bonnet Hinges And Springs To Make A Better Fit For Transit The Jack And Spare Wire Wheel Is There Along With The Original Owners Manual I Did Not Clean This Car Or Slap Any (Missing) Parts On It Pictures Show As I Found It
