1969 Jaguar XKE Coupe has been stored for over 20 years and needs restoration. It features a good solid body and factory air conditioning. It has had the same owner for over 25 years. The car needs is presently painted White, but the original color was Black. The interior is mostly original with red leather seats and needs restoration. This complete Jaguar XKE coupe also features chrome wire wheels, and the original mileage of 63,957. We picked this car up out of storage, changed the oil, drained the fuel tank, claned the carbs and replaced the spark plugs. This Jaguar started easlily and ran well with very good oil pressure. It is not currently drving because the brake and clutch hydraulics will require rebuilding from sitting for so long. The compression when last checked on 4/22/07 was: 170 170 150 170 140 150. The body is very solid with very little rust. The front floor pan has been replaced and there is a metal patch in the front part of the spare tire well. A great restoration project! Comes complete with a the spare, knock off removal tool, jack, workshop manual, and parts catalogs.
