Car to be at auction 7/10
www.coys.co.uk/auctions/lot.php

Auction description:
Lot 334
Registration Number: UWD 865G
Chassis Number: IR1151

Acquired by the current owner in 1988, this extremely well cared for and well sorted example has had only three registered owners from new. According to the supplying dealer in 1988, this car spent the first years of its life on a variety of Jaguar show stands and has been subject to a high quality restoration. Sitting on chrome wire wheels and finished in primrose yellow with a contrasting black leather interior and black hood, this E-Type is also sporting a rare and extremely desirable original factory hardtop. The car is supplied with a V5 registration document and previous MoTs and is undeniably a most attractive and useable E-Type Roadster with only a handful of owners throughout its life.

Estimate: £22000 - £28000

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
