This 1970 4.2 / 246 HP XKE Series II 1/2 convertible with 4 speed manual transmission is a solid beauty. This car was purchased in 1998 from the Barrett- Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, AZ buy a previous owner- he wanted a TOTALLY RUST FREE CAR and it was and still is RUST FREE. He then spent loads of money to get it restored. I have owned it for the past 11 years.

Why I'm selling: I have 2 two seater convertibles, and I need a SUV , so this jag is for sale. I put less than 8000 miles in 11 years going to shows, club functions, etc.

It has 4 Pirelli tires however, they look great but are dated and should be replaced, I did not replace as I believe tires to be highly owners preference so you pick what you want.

Paint and exterior

This XKE Jaguar has a custom paint job ($10-12K), 5 Custom spoke wheels (I believe Stainless Steel) for size 205-55/16 (they look great and improve the ride and handling)

The wooden steering has been totally restored to like new condition,

straight body panels, no rust, power steering, perfect floors, and clear title.

Upholstery and interior

The upholstery and interior and black convertible top is in great condition. Please see photos.

Mileage

This car has been owned by me for about 11 years. I occasionally drive it to keep it running properly. I have entered the car in numerous shows and charity events. I may have put 8,000 miles on it since I have owned it.
