Manufactured in May 1968 during this transitional period, this desirable right-hand drive 'Series 1½' Roadster was supplied new via Mann Egerton and delivered finished Primrose Yellow with black interior. The accompanying JDHT certificate confirms that it retains matching chassis/engine numbers. We are advised by the private vendor that the car periodically has undergone extensive restoration at the hands of various specialists over the course of the past 25 years at a total cost of almost £27,000 (bills on file). Finished in red with black leather interior trim, the car is described as in generally 'excellent/A1' condition and offered with the aforementioned restoration invoices, JDHT certificate, recently expired MoT (February 2011) and Swansea V5 registration document.

The fastidious vendor has owned this Jaguar for the last 14 years and has enjoyed several long trips into Europe with this open top tourer. Fitted with a five-speed gearbox and A.P. brakes, we are advised by the private vendor this E-Type is a delight to drive. The car periodically has undergone extensive restoration at the hands of various specialists over the past 25 years (bills on file). The Jaguar Heritage Certificate shows the car as being manufactured in Primrose Yellow with black interior, it also confirms this as being a matching numbers example.
