This car is with a few exceptions, (wider wheels/tires, smaller steering wheel, higher performance fan) a Concours Category Car.

Original restoration done by previous owner Bill Goldberg [pro wrestler]. I have hired another under bonnet restoration including engine rebuild & changing the differential ratio to lower RPM. Car continues to earn 1st place in special class concours.

Ebay item 7/22/24
Car has a buy it now price of $349,000 for 9 days, seller stch6125, 64k miles
This 1967 E-Type Jaguar sat in the owners garage for 38 years before Bill Goldberg of Wrestling & Television Fame purchased it https://www.youtube. com/@GoldbergsGarage. Goldberg then commissioned Brian Anderson of Classic European Restorations, Oceanside Ca, to do a total rotisserie restoration over 17 months Aug. 2005 to Dec. 2006. I have the detailed invoices/pictures. As Goldberg was a renowned American muscle car collector, the Jaguar XKE stood out in his large garage collection. It was his only foreign car and with beauty like no other. However, it was said that because of his size, Goldberg could not comfortably drive it nor would his wife because she lost interest in learning to drive the stick shift.
So after admiring it in his 20 car garage robbreport. com/shelter/homes-for-sale/20-car-garage-mahal-even-comes-with-a-home-2884271/ for over 4 years he decided to sell it and I was there at just the right time. It was 2011, the 50th anniversary year of the Jaguar XKE Roadster. I had lusted over this car all my life. I had it shipped from Riverside Ca to my home in South Carolina and immediately started driving & showing it. We drove it first to the Chicago 50th anniversary E-Type Extravaganza and received 1st place that year. I can't count the many times this car has been judged in 1st or 2nd place.
We have shown it in many Jaguar Concours, mostly in Driven or Special Divisions. This was because of the enhancements Goldberg had made like 6" wheels/tires, upgraded coolant fan, 1" smaller steering wheel, GAZ adjustable shocks, high speed starter & brass radiator. During these past 13 years I have strived to make it a near perfect driver [1078 miles per year total now is 64,554]. I invested $100,000+ in additional restorations by Muncie Imports including an engine makeover and refinements like AP racing clutch, Jet Hot manifolds, 3.54 to 3.07 ratio differential, retracting seat belts & discrete LED lighting. I am happy to report that there are zero fluid leaks which is rare for any car, especially a 57 year old Jaguar E-Type.
Because I am soon to be 84 and already own two other Jaguars, a 64 E-Type Coupe and a 2016 F-Type Coupe, it is time to start downsizing my garage. Goldberg's almost perfect 67 E-Type OTS, last of the Series 1 XKE, is the first I will let go to a fortunate buyer.....
