Ebay item 5/2/05
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $43,100.00 (Reserve not met), 5 bids, 8 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
This 1967 Jaguar was donated to Clinton Public Schools in Clinton, Oklahoma by Mr. Bill Richardson. Mr. Richardson, a 1947 graduate of Clinton High School, donated the Jaguar with an agreement with Clinton Public Schools to sell the vehicle and use the funds to refurbish the Clinton High School Track. The Jag is in excellent condition. On a scale of 1 to 5 it would be rated a 4 possible 4.5. It has been refurbished, is drivable and is beautiful. It is impossible not to stare at this car. The milage shows 30,340 of which I am sure is not correct. The engine, however, and the refurbishment of the car, has less than 500 miles total. If sold the payment will go to Clinton Public Schools, Clinton, Oklahoma.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
