The model we are offering for sale is a magnificent Series 1 Convertible which left the factory in November 1966. As certified by Jaguar Heritage, the car was sold new in the United States. It received complete new paintwork in 2015 in British Racing Green, which suits it to perfection. In 2016, the interior was fully retrimmed with beige leather upholstery, which provides an ideal match for its exterior paintwork. The carpets were replaced at the same time as the hood in 2013. As far as the car's mechanical components are concerned, the engine is original and was completely overhauled in 2012; more recently, the clutch slave cylinder has been replaced. This splendid convertible represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most legendary sports cars of the 20th century.
