I have much more information, which I will enter later. I need to refer to the VIN plate and Heritage Certificate to get the data.

This car was meticulously restored to be a strong driver. It looks great, but is not going to be a Concours winner (I used stainless steel bolts, thus do not have the correct markings on the bolt heads). The mechanical restoration was very thouough and the car runs great.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
